中国与越南洋葱关键标准比对研究

摘要：

本文对中国、越南和食品法典委员会（CAC）的洋葱分级、农药残留以及重金属残留等关键标准进行收集整理并比对研究，得出中国洋葱分级标准比越南严格，农药残留和重金属残留标准严宽不同的结论。最后提出结合国内外相关标准制定我国洋葱国家标准并完善相关体系、协商中越洋葱标准互认，加强技术性贸易措施研究及预警的建议，以便有效促进我国洋葱标准化，应对技术性贸易措施，促进中越洋葱贸易。

Abstract:

In this paper, the key standards for onion grading, pesticide residue and heavy metal residue of China, Vietnam and Codex Alimentarius Commission (CAC) are collected and compared, and the conclusion is drawn that China’s onion grading standards are stricter than Vietnam’s, and the standards for pesticide residue and heavy metal residue are strict in different aspects. Finally, it puts forward some suggestions, such as developing China’s onion national standards and improve relevant systems based on domestic and foreign relevant standards, promoting the mutual recognition of Chinese and Vietnamese onion standards, and strengthening the research on technical trade measures and early warning, so as to effectively promote the onion standardization in China, cope with technical trade measures and promote Sino-Vietnamese onion trade.
