标准化对推进全国统一大市场建设的关键作用与对策研究

摘要：

【目的】进一步发挥标准化在建设全国统一大市场中的作用，充分释放标准化效能。【方法】对全国统一大市场的内涵 与外延进行深入分析，阐明标准化在加快建设全国统一大市场中的关键作用。【结果】梳理总结了现阶段以标准化助力全国统 一大市场建设面临的主要问题和挑战。【结论】在此基础上提出进一步深化标准化工作改革、强化流通等统一大市场建设相关 标准体系制定和实施、加强标准化服务更大力度激发各类经营主体的标准化活力、深入推进公平竞争政策实施以标准化促进 市场公平竞争等建议。

Abstract:

[Objective] The study aims to further play the role of standardization in building a unified national market  and unleash the effectiveness of standardization. [Methods] This paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the connotation  and extension of the unifi ed national market, clarifi es the key role of standardization in accelerating the construction of  the unifi ed national market. [Results] It sorts out and summarizes the main problems and challenges faced by promoting  the construction of a unifi ed national market through standardization at the current stage. [Conclusion] On this basis, it  puts forward suggestions, such as further deepening the reform of standardization work, strengthening the formulation  and implementation of the standards systems related to the construction of the unified national market in aspects like  circulation, enhancing standardized services to stimulate the standardization vitality of various business entities with  greater efforts, and promoting the implementation of fair competition policies to promote fair competition in the market  through standardization.
