氢能标准化国内外研究进展及福建省实施策略探讨

本文概述了ISO/IEC、美国、日本、欧盟和中国的氢能技术标准现状，介绍了上述5个主体的氢能标准化组织，对比了福建省与国内其他省份的氢能标准化发展的差距，旨在为福建省氢能标准化的建设提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract:

This paper provides an overview of the current status of hydrogen energy technical standards in ISO, IEC, the United States, Japan, the European Union, and China. It introduces the hydrogen energy standardization organizations of the aforementioned five entities and compares the gap in the development of hydrogen energy standardization between Fujian Province and other domestic provinces, aiming to provide reference for the hydrogen energy standardization work in Fujian Province.
