沙县小吃产业化（全产业链）标准体系构建研究

摘要：

从分析沙县小吃产业化现状入手，界定产业化标准化领域及模块，识别标准化需求，确定标准化对象，构建沙县小吃产业化（全产业链）标准体系。

Abstract:

Based on the analysis of the current situation of the industrialization of Shaxian snacks, this paper defines the field and module of industrialization standardization, identifies the standardization demand, determines the standardization object, and constructs the standards system for the industrialization/whole industrial chain of Shaxian snacks.
