我国科技成果转化为技术标准政策分析及对气象部门的启示

摘要：

本文以2015—2024年国家、部委以及地方政府公布的59份科技成果转化为技术标准的有关政策文件为研究对象进行整理和分析，结合气象部门科技与标准互动发展的现状，在政策制定方面提出优化建议。

Abstract:

This paper analyzes 59 policy documents related to the conversion of scientific and technological achievements into technical standards, which are issued by the state, ministries, and local governments between 2015 and 2024, in light of the current interaction between scientific advancements and standard development in the meteorological sector, and then offers recommendations for optimizing policy formulation.
