斯洛伐克农食产品技术性贸易措施体系研究

摘要：

【目的】系统梳理斯洛伐克农食产品技术性贸易措施体系，为推动中国与“一带一路”共建国家的农产品贸易发展提供参考。【方法】立足斯洛伐克作为“一带一路”沿线及中国—中东欧国家合作机制重要成员国的区位优势，分析其农食产品技术性贸易措施体系的监管机构、法律法规及合格评定程序等核心内容。【结果】全面阐述斯洛伐克农食产品技术性贸易措施体系的构成，涵盖监管机构职能、法律法规体系、合格评定机制及监管特点等关键要素。【结论】明晰斯洛伐克农食产品技术性贸易措施体系，对助力中国企业突破贸易壁垒，优化农产品出口策略，深化“一带一路”经贸合作具有重要意义。

Abstract:

[Objective] The study systematically reviews the technical trade measures system of agricultural food products in Slovakia, so as to provide reference for promoting agricultural trade between China and Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) member countries. [Methods] Based on Slovakia’s geographical advantage as an important member of the Belt and Road Initiative and the China-Central and Eastern Europe cooperation mechanism, this paper analyzes the core components of its technical trade measures system, including regulatory agencies, legal frameworks, and conformity assessment procedures. [Result] This paper comprehensively expounds on the composition of the technical trade measures system for agricultural and food products in Slovakia, covering key elements such as the functions of regulatory institutions, the legal and regulatory system, conformity assessment mechanisms, and regulatory characteristics. [Conclusion] Clarifying the technical trade measures system of agricultural and food products in Slovakia is of great significance for helping Chinese enterprises break through trade barriers, optimize export strategies for agricultural products, and deepen economic and trade cooperation along the Belt and Road Initiative.
