工业品质量安全隐患指标体系和分级方法研究

摘要：

本文以市场监管部门重点关注的工业品为研究对象，从工业品质量安全相关的监督抽查、专项检查、舆情监测、生产企业等风险要素出发，利用均方差法、归一化处理、聚类分析等统计方法，对构建工业品质量安全隐患指标体系和隐患分级方法进行了探索，并实际应用到电线电缆产品上，为工业品质量安全分级监管提供参考。

Abstract:

This paper takes the industrial products as the research object, which are the focus of the market supervision department. Based on the quality and safety of industrial products related to the supervision and spot check, special inspection, public opinion monitoring, manufacturing enterprise and other risk factors, by means of statistical methods such as mean square difference, normalization, and cluster analysis , etc., this paper explores the construction of hidden danger index system and the hidden danger classification method for industrial product quality and safety, and applies them to wire and cable products, providing reference for classified supervision of industrial product quality and safety.
