企业科技成果转化为标准可行性评价探索与实践

摘要：

判断一项科技成果可转化为技术标准的潜力，是实现科技成果标准转化的前提和基础。为判断一项科技成果是否具有标准化潜力，需要对科技成果转化技术标准的可行性进行评价。本文对科技成果转化标准可行性分析方法的文献进行了调研工作，并在此基础上建立了适合公司实际情况的评价指标体系以及科技成果转化标准可行性评价评分标准和专家评价表，进而制定了科技成果转化标准可行性评价方案，对梳理出的公司科技成果进行了可行性评价，并根据评价结果对公司科技成果转化标准工作提出了相关建议。

Abstract:

Judging the potential of a scientific and technological achievement that can be transformed into technical standards is the premise and basis for realizing the transformation of scientific and technological achievements into standards. So it is necessary to evaluate the feasibility of transforming scientific and technological achievements into technical standards. The paper conducts research on the literature of the feasibility analysis methods of the standards transformed from scientific and technological achievements, and on this basis establishes an evaluation index system suitable for the actual situation of the company as well as the scoring standard and the expert evaluation table, and then formulates the evaluation scheme. It then evaluates the feasibility of the company’s scientific and technological achievements that can be transformed into standards, and based on the evaluation results, it makes the feasibility evaluation plan, carries out the feasibility evaluation of scientific and technological achievements of the company, and gives suggestions.
