高速公路运营企业标准体系设计研究

摘要：

通过对高速公路运营企业价值活动内涵的探讨，采用魏尔曼标准体系三维空间的思想，设计出高速公路运营企业标准体系三维结构模型，分析了该标准体系的构成。进而阐述了通用基础标准、运营服务标准、支撑保障标准、岗位工作标准4项子体系的主要内容。

Abstract:

The paper discusses the connotation of value activities of expressway operation enterprises, proposes the 3D structure model of the expressway operation enterprise standards system by adopting the idea of Verman standards system 3D space, and analyzes the composition of the standards system. Then it expounds the main contents of the four subsystems of general basic standards, operation service standards, support and guarantee standards, and post work standards.
