中美儿童玩具安全标准中玩具标签要求的对比研究

摘要：

本研究通过文献调研的方法对我国现行的玩具安全标准GB 6675.1-2014《玩具安全 第1部分：基本规范》和GB 6675.2-2014《玩具安全 第2部分：机械与物理性能》和美国现行的玩具安全标准ASTM F963-17的玩具标签部分进行了比较，通过美国消费者安全委员会官网（CPSC）和中国产品安全与召回信息网的数据分析了解两国在玩具标签方面的召回情况，并基于比较和分析结果，提出进一步改进我国玩具安全标准中玩具标签部分制定与实施工作的建议，供相关行业工作人员参考。

Abstract:

This study compares the current toy safety standards in China (GB 6675.1-2014 and GB 6675.2-2014) and United States (ASTM F963-17) in terms of label through literature research. The paper makes the data analysis of the official website of the US Consumer Safety Commission (CPSC) and the China Product Recall website, and analyzes the recall data of the two countries in terms of toy label. Based on the comparison and analysis results, it puts forward suggestions for improving the development and implementation of safety labels in China’s toy safety standards, providing reference for relevant personnel.
