电网企业科技成果转化技术标准的项目选评方法研究——基于陕西电网实践

摘要：

技术标准是促进科技成果转化为生产力的桥梁和纽带。科技成果转化技术标准已成为标准化和技术创新协同发展的核心任务。本文在分析借鉴现有相关研究成果基础上，结合电网企业实际需求，构建了一套适用于电网企业将科技成果转化为技术标准的“初步筛选+潜力评估”的选评方法。对提高科技成果的技术标准转化率，促进技术创新与标准创制融合发展具有一定的实践探索意义。

Abstract:

Technical standards are the bridge and link to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements into productive forces. Transforming scientific and technological achievements into technical standards have become the core task of the coordinated development of standardization and technological innovation. Based on the analysis and reference of existing relevant research results, combined with the actual needs of power grid enterprises, this paper constructs a set of “screening + evaluation” method suitable for power grid enterprises to transform scientific and technological achievements into technical standards. It is of practical significance to improve the conversion rate of technical standards from scientific and technological achievements and promote the integrated development of technological innovation and standard creation.
