电线电缆燃烧性能常用标准的差异化分析和应用研究

摘要：

本文在介绍电线电缆燃烧性能基础上，通过对比解读GB/T 19666-2019《阻燃和耐火电线电缆或光缆通则》等标准，分析了各标准的制定目的、等级划分和技术要求等方面的差异和各自所侧重的衡量指标，并结合案例，探讨增加诸如燃烧性能等条件后，在工艺设计、生产、标准制定等方面的实践应用研究，旨在推动电线电缆相关企业的标准化工作。

Abstract:

The paper introduces the combustion performance of wires and cables, compares commonly used standards such as GB/T 19666: 2019, General rules for flame retardant and fire resistant electric wires and cables or optical fiber cables, analyzes the differences in the purpose, grade division and technical requirements of these standards, and the measurement indexes they focus on. Based on cases, it also discusses the application in the aspects of process design, production, standards development after adding conditions such as combustion performance, aiming to promote standardization work in wires and cables companies.
