我国体育标准概况研究及对公共体育标准体系建设的思考

摘要：

本文以体育相关国家标准、行业标准和地方 标准以及CNK I中文期刊论文为素材，以体育三要素“人”“场地（场馆）”和“体育器材”，对相关标准进行语义分析和主题对象归纳，得出结论：目前，国家标准仍然是体育领域标准中的主流；标龄较长的标准数量占比较多；在体育三要素中，与“人”相关的标准数量最少；地方标准在场地（场馆）标准方面具有数量优势；与体育方面论文相比，体育标准的主题对象更多集中在体育三要素，而科技期刊发表论文更加关注体育教学。本文针对我国体育标准的现状和存在问题提出了建议。

Abstract:

Based on the relevant national standards, sectoral standards and local standards of sports and CNKI Chinese journal papers, this paper analyzes the semantics of the relevant standards and summarizes the subject objects of the three elements of sports: “people”, “sport fields (venues)” and “sports equipment”, and concludes that national standards (GB) are still the mainstream of sports standards; The number of standards developed years ago is relatively large; Among the three elements of sports, the number of standards related to “people” is the smallest; Local standards have quantitative advantages in terms of sport fields (venue) standards; Compared with the papers published in sports, the subject objects of sports standards are more concentrated on the three elements of sports, while the papers published in scientific and technological journals are more concerned about sports teaching. In view of the current situation and existing problems of China’s sports standards, some suggestions are put forward.
