玩具年龄判定的美国政策与启示

摘要：

玩具年龄判定是玩具安全标准的重要组成部分。本文详细介绍了美国玩具年龄判定政策的基础框架，即基于基本能力的儿童年龄划分、基于儿童玩耍行为的游戏分类和玩具的主要特征，在参照我国玩具年龄判定标准的前提下，提出要重视公民对玩具的体验和反馈、增强玩具特征对年龄判定的指引作用，以助力中国玩具走向世界。

Abstract:

Toys age determination is an important part of toys safety standards. This paper introduces in detail the basic framework of the American toys age determination policy, including the classification of children’s age based on basic ability, game classification based on children’s play behavior and main characteristics of toys. On the premise of referring to China’s toy age determination standard, it is proposed that we should pay attention to citizens’ experience and feedback on toys, and enhance the guidance of toy characteristics on age determination, so as to help Chinese toy products go global.
