本文介绍了电子电器产品非金属材料（除陶瓷外）球压试验的具体试验过程及注意事项，并从A类不确定度和B类不确定度两方面，对球压压痕直径的测量不确定度进行评定。

Abstract:

This paper introduces the specific test process and precautions of ball pressure test of non-metallic materials (except ceramics) of electronic and electrical products, and evaluates the measurement uncertainty of ball pressure indentation diameter from the aspects of class A uncertainty and class B uncertainty.
