美国标准化教育实践研究

摘要：

标准化教育是提升标准化人才专业能力的重要方式，标准化人才是推进各国标准化战略的人力支撑。随着标准在经济和社会发展中的地位日益提升，各国际标准化机构、各国国家标准机构和标准制定组织都在不断推进标准化教育的发展，致力于培养既懂技术又懂标准的高素质人才。本文通过介绍美国官方（NIST）和美国标准制定组织（SDO）的标准化教育模式，分析美国标准化教育现状及特点，为我国标准化教育的发展及应对未来科技人才竞争提供思路。

Abstract:

Standardization education is an important way to enhance the professional ability of standardization talents, and standardization talents are the human support to promote the standardization strategy of each country. With the increasing status of standards in economic and social development, international standardization bodies, national standards bodies and standards development organizations in various countries have been promoting the development of standardization education and devoting themselves to cultivating highly qualified personnel who understand both technology and standards. This paper analyzes the current situation and characteristics of standardization education in the U.S. by introducing the standardization education model of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) and the standards development organizations (SDO) in the U.S., and provides ideas for the development of standardization education in China and the competition for future scientific and technological talents.
