标准化知识体系构建方法及实施建议

摘要：

《国家标准化发展纲要》对标准化人才队伍建设提出“造就一支熟练掌握国际规则、精通专业技术的职业化人才队伍”的要求，开展标准化知识研究和体系构建是实现这一目标的基础工程。本文基于标准化知识研究，结合标准化知识体系建设需求调研分析，提出标准化知识体系构建方法和实施建议。

Abstract:

The National Standardization Development Outline proposes the requirement of cultivating a professional talent team proficient in international rules and professional technologies for the construction of standardization talent teams. Conducting standardization knowledge research and system construction is a fundamental project to achieve this goal. Based on the research on standardization knowledge, this paper integrates the investigation and analysis of the construction needs of standardization knowledge system, and proposes construction methods and implementation suggestions for the standardization knowledge system.
