国内外创新联合体技术标准化研究

摘要：

创新联合体是我国企业进行技术创新的一种有效的联合攻关创新模式，主要目的为攻克我国“卡脖子”技术，我国学者从不同角度对其进行了研究，但是鲜有人研究其技术标准化方面，技术标准化能够对技术创新产生积极的作用。因此本文通过文献调查法、实地调研法和对比分析法，分析我国创新联合体现状，并对比分析美国、日本和韩国创新联合体开展技术标准化的具体案例，分别是美国SEMATECH、日本VLSI和韩国4M DRAM计划，研究影响创新联合体技术标准化的三大因素，此外，将上述案例与我国创新联合体进行对比分析，得出我国现存问题，为我国创新联合体开展技术标准化提供借鉴性的意见。

Abstract:

Innovation consortium is an effective joint research innovation mode for Chinese enterprises to carry out technological innovation. The main purpose is to break through the bottleneck of core technologies in China. Chinese scholars have studied it from different angles, but few have studied its technical standardization, which can play a positive role in technological innovation. Therefore, this paper analyzes the current situation of innovation consortiums in China through literature investigation, field investigation and comparative analysis, and compares and analyzes the specific cases of technology standardization carried out by innovation consortiums in the United States, Japan and South Korea, which are SEMATECH in the United States, VLSI in Japan and 4M DRAM in South Korea respectively, to study the three major factors affecting the technological standardization of innovation consortiums. In addition, it compares and analyzes the above cases with China’s innovation consortium, obtains the existing problems in China, and provides suggestions for the development of technological standardization in China’s innovation consortium.
