摘要:
【目的】针对光量子雷达标准缺失制约产业发展的问题,系统构建科学完善的光量子雷达标准体系框架,支撑其规模化应用与产业高质量发展。【方法】通过分析国内外技术现状、政策体系及标准化需求,采用“问题识别—体系构建—路径规划”的研究路径,设计覆盖技术全要素的多维标准架构。【结果】构建了涵盖基础通用、关键技术、测试评价、安全规范及行业应用五大核心维度的标准体系,提出了“分步实施、急用先立”的三阶段推进原则,给出了加强协同创新与标准制定、深化应用示范与产业推广及建立标准体系动态更新机制的实施路径建议。【结论】为光量子雷达标准化工作提供理论支撑与实施路径,助推产业高质量发展。
Abstract:
[Objective] The lack of standards for optical quantum lidar limits the industrial development of optical quantum lidar.Our paper establishes a scientific and comprehensive standards system for optical quantum lidar that can offer effective references for its large scale application and high-quality development. [Methods] By analyzing the situation of domestic andinternational technology, policy systems and standard requirements, the mode of "problem identification - system construction - roadmap planning" is taken to design a multidimensional standards system covering all technical elements. [Results] The system consists of five primary dimensions of the basic and general standards, key technologies, test and evaluation, safety specifications and industry applications.A three phased implementation principle of "advance steadily, needs immediately addressed first" was formed, and the implementation recommendations were provided, such as collaborative innovation and standards development,applicationdemonstration and industrial promotion, and thedynamic update mechanism for the standards system. [Conclusion] This study provides theoretical basis and implementation path for the standardization of optical quantum lidar, and promotes the high-quality development.
