文物数字资源管理与利用标准体系框架构建研究

摘要：

【目的】构建系统、科学的文物数字资源管理与利用标准体系框架，对满足文物数字化保护与高质量发展等现实需求，解决文物数字资源标准缺失、数据孤岛等问题，具有重要意义。【方法】基于国内外相关研究与实践，结合国家文化数字化政策文件，遵循需求导向、统筹布局等原则，对构建文物数字资源管理与利用标准体系框架进行了探索和分析。【结果】标准体系覆盖文物数字资源管理与利用全生命周期，涵盖总体标准、数据采集与加工、基础资源、数据管理、数据流通、知识管理、数据利用、安全保障8类。【结论】本研究弥补了现有标准体系碎片化的不足，可为我国文物数字资源的规范化管理、跨机构高效共享及活化利用提供参考，为实现文物“活起来”的目标提供助力。

Abstract:

[Objective] Establishing a systematic and scientific framework for the management and utilization of digital cultural heritage resources is of great significance in addressing practical needs such as the digital preservation and high-quality development of cultural heritage, as well as in resolving issues like the lack of standards for digital cultural heritage resources and the existence of data silos. [Methods] Based on a review of relevant research and practices both domestically and internationally, and in alignment with national policies on cultural digitization, this paper explores and analyzes the construction of a standards system framework for the management and utilization of digital cultural heritage resources, guided by the principles of demand orientation and holistic planning. [Results] This framework covers the entire lifecycle of the management and utilization of digital cultural heritage resources, encompassing eight major categories: general standards, data collection and processing, foundational resources, data management, data circulation, knowledge management, data utilization, and security assurance. [Conclusion] This study addresses the fragmentation of existing standards systems and provides a reference for the standardized management, efficient cross-institutional sharing, and innovative application of digital cultural heritage resources in China, contributing to the national effort to “bring cultural heritage to life”.
