标准化引领长三角“会展+商旅文体”一体化发展路径研究

摘要：

【目的】构建标准化引领长三角“会展+商旅文体”一体化的发展路径，支撑长三角相关产业高质量发展。【方法】采用标准分析法和行业调研法，研究长三角“会展+商旅文体”标准化现状，识别存在的标准化需求，为长三角“会展+商旅文体”一体化发展构建标准化路径。【结果】形成包括强化技术组织建设、完善标准制修订、推动团体标准互认互通和加强标准宣贯实施4个方面的发展路径，并给出11条具体标准建议清单。【结论】目前长三角“会展+商旅文体”一体化发展处于初级阶段，后续应及时响应行业动态变化和发展需求，持续优化标准化路径，为行业高质量发展提供引领和保障。

Abstract:

[Objective] This paper is intended to construct a development pathway for standards leading the integration of “Exhibitions + Business, Tourism, Culture and Sports” in the Yangtze River Delta, thereby underpinning the high-quality development of relevant industries across the region. [Methods] Adopting standard analysis and industry research methods, this paper investigates the current status of standardization for “Exhibitions + Business, Tourism, Culture and Sports” in the Yangtze River Delta, identifies the existing standardization demands, and constructs a standardization pathway for the integrated development of this format across the region. [Results] A development pathway encompassing four dimensions has been formulated, including strengthening the construction of technical organizations, improving standard development and revision, promoting the mutual recognition and interoperability of association standards, and enhancing standard promotion and implementation. Additionally, a list of 11 specifi c recommendations is provided. [Conclusion] At present, the integrated development of “Exhibitions + Business, Tourism, Culture and Sports” in the Yangtze River Delta is in the initial stage. In the future, it is necessary to promptly respond to the dynamic changes and development needs of the industry, continuously optimize the standardization pathway, and provide leading and guaranteeing roles for the highquality development of the industry.
