技术性贸易措施对宜宾白酒出口的影响及对策研究

摘要：

【目的】围绕宜宾白酒出口面临的技术性贸易措施提出对策建议。【方法】基于近年来宜宾白酒出口贸易发展现状，分析技术性贸易措施对宜宾白酒出口贸易的影响，结合宜宾白酒的重要出口市场（如美国市场），系统分析技术性贸易措施的具体影响与白酒技术性贸易措施未来趋势。【结果】从政府、行业、企业3个层面提出宜宾白酒出口应对技术性贸易措施影响的相关建议，包括加强白酒重要标准国际互认等建议。【结论】技术性贸易措施对包括宜宾白酒在内的中国白酒出口具有重要影响，本研究可为宜宾白酒有效应对技术性贸易措施提供借鉴参考。

Abstract:

[Objective] The study aims to propose countermeasures and suggestions regarding the technical trade measures faced by the export of Yibin Baijiu (liquor). [Methods] Based on the development status of Yibin Baijiu’s export trade in recent years, this paper analyzes the impact of technical trade measures on the export trade of Baijiu in Yibin, and systematically analyzes the specifi c impact of technical trade measures and the future trend of technical trade measures for Baijiu in combination with the important export markets of Baijiu in Yibin (such as the United States). [Results] From the three levels of government, industry and enterprise, this paper proposes targeted recommendations for the export of Yibin Baijiu to cope with the impact of technical trade measures, including strengthening international mutual recognition of important standards for Baijiu. [Conclusion] Technical trade measures have an important impact on the export of Chinese Baijiu, including Yibin Baijiu. This study can provide reference for Yibin Baijiu to effectively respond to technical trade measures.
