标准化赋能未来新兴产业创新发展：引领逻辑与推进路径

摘要：

【目的】聚焦“十五五”时期我国未来新兴产业创新发展需求，提供标准化推进路径参考。【方法】结合文献资料与标准文件研究，剖析未来新兴产业创新发展的标准化需求与现实困境，提出标准化工作推进路径。【结果】研究构建了“价值导向—创新协同—转化应用”的标准化引领逻辑，提出标准化赋能未来新兴产业创新发展的工作推进路径。【结论】标准化需精准对接未来新兴产业创新发展需求，同步推进技术研发与标准研制，高效赋能科技创新和产业创新。

Abstract:

[Objective] This paper aims to provide reference for standardization pathways to promote the innovative development of emerging industries in China during the 15th Five-Year Plan period. [Methods] By integrating the study of literature and standard documents, this research analyzes the standardization needs and practical challenges in the innovation and development of emerging industries in the future, and proposes pathways to advance standardization efforts. [Results] The study constructs a standardization leadership logic of “value orientation—innovation synergy—transformation and application”, and proposes a working advancement path for standardization to empower the innovative development of future emerging industries. [Conclusion] Standardization must accurately align with the innovative development needs of future emerging industries, synchronize technology R&D with the conversion of standards, and effi ciently empower both technological innovation and industrial innovation.
