文化数字资产标准化研究

摘要：

【目的】当前，数字经济和文化数字化国家战略加速了文化产业的数字化转型，文化数字资产既是数据作为数字文化产业核心要素的集中体现，也是驱动数字经济发展的关键支撑，开展文化数字资产标准化研究具有重要意义。【方法】首先对文化数字资产的概念进行解析，并在标准化需求分析的基础上提出文化数字资产标准体系框架。【结果】标准体系框架包括基础通用、交易流通、管理与评价、安全与监管、产业应用等5个子体系，覆盖了文化数字资产从创作生产、开发利用到交易流通的全流程链条。【结论】本研究为文化数字资产标准化工作的开展提供了路径指引，为数字经济和文化数字化国家战略的实施提供标准化技术支撑。

Abstract:

[Objective] At present, the national strategies for the digital economy and cultural digitalization have accelerated the digital transformation of the cultural industry. Cultural digital assets are not only the concentrated embodiment of data as the core element of the digital cultural industry, but also a key pillar driving the development of the digital economy. Therefore, conducting research on the standardization of cultural digital assets is of great significance. [Methods‌‌] This paper first analyzes the concept of cultural digital assets, and then proposes a standards system framework for cultural digital assets based on the analysis of the standardization demands. [Results‌‌‌] The framework consists of five sub-systems: basic and general, transaction and circulation, management and evaluation, security and supervision, and industrial application, covering the entire industrial chain of cultural digital assets from creation, development and utilization to transaction and circulation. [Conclusion] This study provides a roadmap for the standardization of cultural digital assets, and offers standardization technical support for the implementation of the national strategies for the digital economy and cultural digitalization.
