基于调研的科普标准化现状和发展对策

摘要：

【目的】为补齐科普标准化发展短板，系统剖析我国科普标准化现状和核心问题，并提出相应的发展对策，为推动科普事业高质量发展提供实证支撑。【方法】基于2025年全国专项问卷调研（有效样本1816份），结合2022年同类数据进行对比分析，从标准研究编制、了解应用、标准需求、整体认知4个方面开展分析。【结果】科普领域标准化存在协同机制不完善、标准内容分布不协调、复合型人才培养机制不健全、标准化培训针对性有待提升、标准实施驱动力不足、典型应用案例引导不足等问题。【结论】需从顶层协同、复合型人才培养、针对性培训、标准实施驱动、典型案例推广等方面发力，完善标准闭环管理，以标准化赋能科普高质量发展。

Abstract:

[Objective] The study aims to make up for the shortcomings in the development of science popularization standardization, systematically analyze the current situation and core problems of science popularization standardization in China, and put forward corresponding development countermeasures, so as to provide empirical support for promoting the high-quality development of science popularization. [Methods] Based on the national special questionnaire survey in 2025 (1,816 valid samples), combined with the comparison of similar data in 2022, this paper conducts an analytical study from four aspects: research and development of standards, awareness and application, demand for standards, and cognition of overall situation. [Results] There are some problems in science popularization standardization, such as imperfect coordination mechanism, uncoordinated distribution of standard contents, unsound training mechanism for interdisciplinary talents, insufficient pertinence of standardization training, insufficient driving force for standard implementation, and inadequate guidance of typical application cases. [Conclusion] Efforts should be made in toplevel coordination, interdisciplinary talent training, pertinent training, standard implementation drive, and promotion of typical cases to improve the closed-loop management of standards, and empower the high-quality development of science popularization through standardization.as imperfect coordination mechanism, uncoordinated distribution of standard contents, unsound training mechanism for interdisciplinary talents, insufficient pertinence of standardization training, insufficient driving force for standard implementation, and inadequate guidance of typical application cases.
